Since October 14, 2020, Tänndalen has been a cashless destination. This means we do not accept cash at any of our points of sale. We accept major bank and credit cards, as well as Swish.

Going cashless allows us to focus more on our guests, reduce our environmental impact, and provide a safer working environment for our staff.

To make your holiday more comfortable — and your packing a little lighter — you can rent a complete bed set from us.

Each set includes:
• Duvet cover
• Pillowcase
• Flat sheet
• Bath towel
• Hand towel

Price: 200 SEK per set.

Departure cleaning is included in all accommodations, all year round — so you can relax and enjoy the end of your stay.

Before you leave, we kindly ask that you:
• Wash the dishes and return them to the cupboards
• Empty the fridge and freezer
• Take out any empty bottles and rubbish
• Fold the duvets and place them on the bed along with the pillows
• Leave any rented linen just inside the front door

Complaints & Issues:
Please report any complaints as soon as possible, and no later than 11:00 AM the day after arrival.
If something goes wrong during your stay, contact the reception immediately so we have the opportunity to correct the issue.

Responsibility for Damages:
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its furnishings that occurs during the stay. It’s important to notify reception if something gets damaged.

Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all cottages and apartments. A cleaning fee will be charged in case of violation.

Lost Keys:
A fee of SEK 1,500 will be charged for lost keys.

Pets:
Pets are welcome in selected units. This must be booked in advance and comes with an additional fee of SEK 300 per stay.

Cleaning Starter Kit:
A starter kit with cleaning and dishwashing detergent is provided in all accommodations. Please note that you’ll need to bring your own dish towel, toilet paper, and household paper.

If you have any special requests before or during your stay, please contact us at bokning@tanndalen.com no later than three days before arrival and we will help with your requests and get back to you with cost estimates.

Families with young children are welcome to rent a cot and/or high chair to make their stay more comfortable.

We recommend pre-booking, as availability is limited.

Price: 200 SEK per cot or high chair.

All our accommodations are equipped with internet access. You'll find login details in the information folder provided in your unit.

Free Wi-Fi is also available in the public areas of the Ski Lodge.

If you need to do laundry during your stay, you can book our laundry room through the reception at Ski Lodge Tänndalen.

If you experience a serious issue with your accommodation outside of reception hours — such as problems with electricity, heating, or similar — an emergency service is available.

Please note that this service is handled by on-call staff who are at home. It should only be contacted for urgent matters and not for general questions.

You’ll find the emergency phone number in the SMS you received upon arrival, or at the check-in station.

Our gym at Ski Lodge is fully equipped with treadmills, spinning bikes, cross trainers, stair climbers, rowing machines, kettlebells, multi-benches, and free weights.

As a guest at Ski Lodge, you have free access to the gym.
Guests staying elsewhere are welcome to train for 60 SEK per session or purchase a weekly pass for 180 SEK.
