Winter season refers to the period from Christmas week to the end of the winter season (usually weeks 51-17).
High season refers to the Christmas, New Year and Epiphany weeks, the sports holiday weeks (weeks 7-10) and both Easter weeks.
Other seasons refer to Spring/Summer/Fall when placement is voluntary (usually weeks 18-50).
Summer season refers to the period from June 1 to September 30
Owner's week refers to the period during which the Landlord himself disposes of the Property. Owner's week also refers to shorter stays such as short weeks, weekends and single days.

Flex 5 means that the Landlord can use the Property for additional weeks/days during the agreement period if the Landlord books the Property no earlier than 5 days before the arrival date, provided that it is not booked by the Company.
