The responsible rental company/organizer is Tänndalens Fjällanläggning AB.

When selecting a payment method, the booking becomes binding, and the guest agrees to the terms and conditions of Tänndalens Fjällanläggning. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided during the booking process is correct, including arrival and departure dates.

Payment Terms:

Nets Easy: Tänndalen uses Nets Easy as its payment solution. When booking online, the guest selects a payment option to confirm the booking. If the booking is made via phone or email, an SMS with a payment link will be sent. Once payment is confirmed, a booking confirmation will be sent by email. The payment options available to the guest are determined by Nets Easy and depend on creditworthiness and the guest's country. The guest must be at least 18 years old to use Nets Easy.

Invoice Payment: Invoice payment is only available for bookings made via phone/email and for group bookings.

Starting from September 1, 2020, a booking fee of 100 SEK will be charged for bookings made by phone. If you book online via tanndalen.com, you can avoid the booking fee and always find the lowest price.

If your booking is not paid on time, a reminder will be sent by Nets Easy. If payment is still not made, reminder fees or collection measures may be applied. If the guest has not confirmed the payment link, it will be considered a cancellation by the guest.

At the time of booking, you can purchase cancellation and rebooking insurance for 395 SEK per cottage/apartment to protect you against unforeseen events. The following conditions apply: Cancellation and rebooking insurance is purchased as a separate insurance policy and is non-refundable.

The insurance covers cancellations in the following cases:

-Death, illness, or a serious accident affecting you, your spouse, partner, family, or fellow travelers.

-Call-up to military or civil defense.

-A serious event beyond your control that could not have been foreseen at the time of booking.

You must be able to provide proof of the event (e.g., a certificate from a doctor, authority, or insurance company). The certificate must be submitted to us no later than one week after the cancellation date.

When booking packages with pre-selected combinations at a specified price, individual products within the package cannot be canceled. The same cancellation rules apply to individual guests in a package as for the accommodation itself.

You can cancel verbally or in writing to us.

The following rules apply to cancellations with cancellation protection:

For accommodations cancelled 30 days or more before arrival, we retain the cancellation protection fee of SEK 395 and an administrative fee of SEK 500. Any booking fee is non-refundable.
- For accommodation cancelled 29–0 days before arrival with a valid reason for cancellation, which you can prove with a certificate, we will retain the cancellation protection fee and an administrative fee of SEK 500. Any booking fee is non-refundable.
- If cancelling on the same day of arrival, the cancellation must be made before 12:00.
- For accommodations cancelled 29–0 days before arrival without a valid reason for cancellation, we retain 100% of the cost.
- No refund will be made if you choose to cancel your stay earlier than planned.

Pre-season - The following rules apply to cancellations with cancellation protection:

For accommodation cancelled 7 days or more before arrival, we retain the cancellation protection fee of SEK 395 and an administrative fee of SEK 500. Any booking fee is non-refundable. - For accommodation cancelled 6–0 days before arrival with a valid reason for cancellation, which you can prove with a certificate, we retain the cancellation protection fee and an administrative fee of SEK 500. Any booking fee is non-refundable. - If cancelled on the same day of arrival, the cancellation must be made before 12:00. - For accommodation cancelled 6–0 days before arrival without a valid reason for cancellation, we retain 100% of the cost.

The following rules apply to cancellations without cancellation protection:

- For accommodations cancelled 60 days or more before arrival, we retain 25% of the cost. Any booking fee is non-refundable.
- For accommodations cancelled 59–0 days before arrival, we retain 100% of the cost.
- No refund will be made if you choose to cancel your stay earlier than planned.

Ski school :

must be paid before the first lesson begins. Ski school can be cancelled up to the day before for a handling fee of 195 SEK. If you have participated in the first lesson of a group ski school and want to cancel the other lessons, you will pay for the lesson you have participated in. In case of illness on the first day, we charge a handling fee of 195 SEK to cancel all days.

Private lessons/personal trainers and guided tours can be cancelled up to the day before the lesson starts for a handling fee of SEK 195. If cancellation is made later than 24 hours before the lesson starts, we will refund 50% of the lesson cost.

Other products such as ski passes, ski rental, departure cleaning, bed linen, cot/chair and meals can be cancelled up to the day before arrival and refunded in full.

When you purchase our cancellation protection, you have the right to rebook your accommodation up to 30 days before arrival. Rebooking is subject to availability and the current price list, and a handling fee of 500 SEK will be charged.

If we do not provide the rental property in the promised condition or at the agreed time, and are unable to offer you a suitable alternative, you have the right to cancel the agreement and receive compensation, with a deduction for any services already used. Alternatively, you may request a reduction in rent instead of canceling the agreement.

If you have any complaints, please report them to us as soon as possible, and no later than 11:00 a.m. the day after your arrival. Any issues that arise during your stay should be reported immediately so we can address them promptly. 

You have the right to transfer your booking to someone else, and we must accept that person unless we have specific reasons to refuse. In such cases, you must notify us before the arrival date, and we will charge a rebooking fee of 500 SEK.

To book/enter into an agreement with us regarding accommodation, the guest must be 18 years old. Everyone in the party must be 18 years old to stay in the accommodation. The age limit does NOT apply to children accompanied by a guardian.

You must take good care of the rental property and follow the rules, instructions and regulations that apply. Between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., you must be considerate and quiet towards other guests.

You are responsible for any damage that may occur to the rental property and its furnishings due to your or someone in your party being negligent. In the event of damage, we have the right to charge you a fee corresponding to the damage, but at least 3,000 SEK. You are obliged to comply with the regulations regarding the smoking and pet ban for your rental property as stated in your confirmation. Violation of the regulations regarding the smoking and pet ban will result in a clean-up cost of 3,000 SEK.

You may not use the rental property for anything other than what was agreed upon when booking (usually leisure purposes) and you may not let more people stay overnight in the rental property than you stated when booking.

Departure cleaning is included in all accommodations.
You are responsible for washing dishes, emptying the fridge and freezer, throwing away garbage and empty glasses, etc.

You must return all keys to the rental property upon departure. If you forget or lose the key or tag to the accommodation, you will be charged 1500:-

You may only charge electric vehicles at designated charging points, due to the risk of fire. We have the right to disconnect your charging cable if it is used to charge electric vehicles at a location other than a designated charging point.

The agreement will terminate with immediate effect if:

– you or someone in your party behaves in a disruptive manner at the facility

– you or someone in your party commits damage to the rental property/facility.

– the accommodation is used for purposes other than those intended.

If the agreement is terminated due to the above-mentioned case, you and your party must immediately move out of the facility and you are not entitled to any refund of the rental amount.

Please contact us directly with any complaints. Please note that your chances of getting a remedy may be reduced if you delay in complaining. If you have a claim for compensation, this must be submitted in writing. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can contact the Swedish National Board of Complaints. It consists of an impartial chairman and representatives of tour operators and consumers.

When booking accommodation packages with pre-selected combinations and a specified price (package offer), the guest cannot cancel individual products within the package. The same cancellation rules apply to individual people in the package as they do for the accommodation itself.

Both parties have the right to withdraw from the agreement if the rental property cannot be provided due to acts of war, natural disasters, labor disputes, prolonged interruptions in water and energy supply, fire, or other major events that neither you nor we could have foreseen or influenced. In such cases, we are obligated to refund what you have paid as soon as possible, with a deduction for any benefit you have received from the rental property.

The General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR, is the name of the regulation that will come into force for all EU member states on May 25, 2018. In Sweden, this regulation is called the Data Protection Act. The purpose of the regulation is to protect individuals in the processing and storage of their personal data.

We process your personal data because it is necessary to be able to manage your agreement with us regarding, for example: accommodation, events or other services. We never sell your personal data to any other party. Read more at: www.gronklittsgruppen.se/personuppgifter

From Christmas week until the end of the season, at least 5 slopes or 20 km of cross-country trails in Funäsfjällen must be accessible. If we cannot provide this, we will refund the cost of unused days, regarding purchased ski passes/track cards and accommodation booked through Tänndalens Fjällanläggning AB.

Due to events beyond our control as a landlord, we have the right to relocate a tenant to an equivalent rental property. Where possible, we shall notify the guest/client of such changes prior to occupancy and in any case as soon as possible. Such changes do not entitle the guest to fully or partially waive the agreed fees.

The accommodation price does not include bed linen, towels, cot/high chair unless otherwise stated on the confirmation. Dishwasher tablets and toilet paper are also not included, except at Ski Lodge. Please remember to bring them.

We reserve the right to changes in laws, price changes and printing errors that are beyond our control.
